April 23, 2010

On April 23, 2010, Phil Woods (72 years young) began his second Walk Across America. Averaging a marathon’s worth of miles per day, he completed his 2,500 north-south journey from the Canadian border in International Falls, Minnesota, to Key West, Florida, in 6 months. His goal was simple: to create a better America by inspiring all of us to get moving—to take better care of ourselves and better care of one another. It starts with one step. Learn more about this walk as well as his first walk from east-west at this dedicated website……
